Black seed variety, suitable for spring and autumn cultivation. good growth tuft with bright green, slightly curvy external leaves. Internal leaves are light coloured and form a well sealed ball shape with a flat base. tolerant to Bremia and Tip Burn.

2153 Cabbage Lettuce Maravilla of Verano "MT" Carminia
White seed variety, very resistant to bolting and suitable for spring-summer and autumn cultivation. Easily suited to outdoor cultivation but in certain areas can also be cultivated in protected green houses. Large tuft with wine red, curved and blistered, irregular outer leaves, while inner ones form a compact ball shape with a fairly flat base. Good tolerance to Tip Burn.

Excellent selection of open Batavia type (Gentilina). Large tuft with bright green, finely blistered and curvy edged leaves. Good growth in low temperatures, high resistance to bolting and good organoleptic characteristics. In the centre of Italy, cultivation is recommended in the autumn and spring period and with care it is also possible in the summer period.

2175 Roman Lettuce Green of the Ortolani
Verdiana Selection
White seed variety, slow bolting, used for growing outdoors in spring-summer. Upright tuft with oblong, deep green, thick leaves with prominent white and crunchy ribs. When ripe, the leaves form an elongated full and compact head. Good tolerance to Tip Burn.

2179 Roman Lettuce Montego "MT"
White seed variety, suitable for production in autumn/spring in central Italy and autumn/winter in the south of Italy. Suitable for the national market and for export. Upright tuft with oblong dark green leaves with fairly prominent ribs. When ripe, leaves form a large, very compact, heavy tuft. Fairly good tolerance to Tip Burn (marginal necrosis of leaves).

2234 Lettuce Barba dei Frati
This variety is characterised for its semi compact medium sized tuft. Foliage is of a deep green colour, large, thick and lobed, full margined. Fairly good resistance to cold temperatures, fair resistance to Tip Burn.
