Special silver ribbed Chard variety, with medium sized and thickness silver white rib. Upright plant, large leafage area, smooth and bright green surface. Candida is suitable for growing throughout the whole year, best cultivated in spring/summer because of its resistance to bolting.

Upright plant, approx. 60 cm in height, white rib, thick and medium sized: elongated oval shaped deep green leaves, smooth tending. Autumn/winter and spring cycle variety, for late August, early September seeding and staggered picking; throughout the period when it loses its leaves, from November to April. Single picking of all plants can be carried out in March when plants are fully grown.
